Why does God let good things happen to bad and evil people?
Because of His love and grace. Because Jesus took our place so that we'd return to the Father.
As undeserving as we are, servants with no rights to demand, sinful in our nature, He sacrificed His only son for us.
What about the other group of bad and wicked? The wicked and arrogant, prideful and insincere, violent and uncontrolled, evil and oppressive. Yet they are filled with riches, has a body strong and healthy, free from struggles and burdens.
Now, now. Why do you envy them?
All that they have are earthly pleasures, despised as fantasies when one awakes. They stand on slippery ground, to be cast to ruin when the time comes. How suddenly will they be destroyed, completely swept by the terrors.
Be fearful. Those who are far from Him will perish, for He destroys all who are unfaithful.
Senseless and ignorant, a brute beast before Him. Yet He holds us by our right hand, guiding us into His counsels and afterward into glory. We are weak, but God is our strength.
Whom have I in heaven but You?
God loves us too much, to give us too much
